We do not warrant that the quality of any fitness results, personal training, or instructional material will meet your expectations. You are solely responsible for ensuring your health and safety when engaging in fitness activities at our facility.

Compliance: By signing up for a membership or using the Service, you agree to strictly comply with all rules and regulations posted within the gym, on the website, or communicated by staff. This includes rules regarding equipment use, sanitation, noise, and appropriate conduct.
